Dan Collins - Introduction to Competitive REL - 16:00 GMT
The new Procedure and Penalty Guide introduces a new Competitive Rules Enforcement Level.
This talk will cover the changes from the old Casual REL and the new tools available to judges preparing to work Road to Nationals events.
Klaus Lassacher - Judge Calls and Customer Service - 17:30 GMT
This seminar will cover the base procedures of a judge call and different interactions with player and will try to provide you with a good baseline idea of how to structure your judge calls.
