This is your chance to be part of the Belgium Nationals team.

A selection will be made and communicated by Wednesday, June 7th, 2023.

EVENT INFORMATION

Dates: September 9 - September 10

Venue: du Parc, Erembodegemstraat 31/33, 9300 Aalst

The Nationals weekend will include events over three days as follows:

• Friday September 8th 2023
  • Super Armory Draft
• Saturday September 9th 2023
  • Main Event Day 1 – 3 Rouds Classic Constructed and 2x 3 Rounds of Monarch Draft
  • Scheduled Events
• Sunday  September 10th 2023
  • Main Event Day 2 – 3 Rounds Classic Constructed  and Top 8 
  • PTI - Classic Constructed
  • Scheduled Events (including Team Sealed)

ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS

We are looking for 5 judges (4 Floor Judge and 1 Scorekeeper)

• Saturday and Sunday (8:30 to 18:00) 

The outline of roles, responsibilities, and shift times above is an estimate of our staffing requirements for the event. Please note that these are subject to change, and may be adapted upon our final staff selection for the event. Your actual shift call times will vary by role.

If selected as part of the event staff, you will be expected to work both days. The expected shift length is approximately 10 hours.

Judges are expected to arrive on time and in appropriate attire. Predominantly black long pants, or similar, and predominantly black shoes.

STAFF RECOGNITION

Each staff member will receive the following:

• 2 booster displays per day worked
• Food and drinks at the venue
• compensation for travel expenses
• If needed, a place to sleep

All staff members who are Certified Level 1 or above with the Judge Program will receive a Judge Gift Kit. 

Each Judge Gift Kit contains the following:
     ● 1 Judge Playmat per Staff Member (Head Judge playmat and Floor Judge playmat)*
     ● 1 Judge Sleeves per Staff Member*
     ● 1 Assortment Judge Promos per Staff Member
