Event Information
Welcome, Judges, staff and interested others!
Intro
The US Nationals weekend, featuring the Calling Las Vegas 2023 will feature a conference on the Thursday of the event from 12:30 - 17:00.
Attendance is not mandatory, and you do not need to be on staff to attend.
The event cap is 100 judges.
Venue
The conference will be held in the venue of the event weekend, the Westgate Hotel.
Where exactly will be posted in this event forum and the SCG staff discord shortly before the conference.
Schedule
Each seminar/workshop will have a time duration of 50 min followed by a 10 min break.
Time slot duration may change due to the needs of certain seminars/workshops.
There will be two tracks during the day.

Foil support
Attendees that are certified L1+ Judges at the time of the conference will receive one (1) Judge Promo pack as thank you for attending.
Presenters will get an additional two (2) Judge Promo packs.
Due to logistical reasons you need to have applied at or before the 30th of July to have guaranteed foil support.
You may apply after that date and attend the conference but support is not guaranteed.
