Welcome to the 2023 Judge Cup!

This LSS-sponsored event is aimed at providing a competitive setting for judges to express and sharpen their skills with playing Flesh and Blood and will crown the 2023 Judge Champion!

This is not a workshop, but an actual Competitive REL event, provided free of charge as a thank you for your commitment.

Location and Date

The Judge Cup will take place on the afternoon and evening of Wednesday 15th of November, starting at 14:00, the day before the Worlds Championship conference.

We will be hosted by Gameria, C/ d'Ausiàs Marc, 52, 08010 Barcelona, Spain.

Format

3 Rounds of Bright Lights Sealed Deck, followed by 3 rounds of Bright Lights Booster Draft, and finally a Bright Lights Booster Draft top 8.

Prizes

Thanks to the incredible support from LSS, we've got some fantastic prizes up for grabs:

• 1st: Judge Champion 2023 title, Judge Champion 2023 trophy, Crouching Tiger playmat, Uprising Uncut Sheet.
• 2nd: Crouching Tiger playmat
• 3rd-4th: Everfest Festival playmat
• 5th-8th: Proclamation playmat
• Door Prizes (Randomly distributed): 2 Themai playmats, 2 Everfest Festival playmats, and 4 Volcor playmats (for judges 9th to 64th)
• Participation Prizes (For all 64 players): Random playmat and Random Judge Sleeves Pack (1 each per player)

For logistical reasons, the Flesh and Blood Uncut Sheet, Random Armory Participation playmats, and Random Judge Sleeves will be available for pickup on Friday at Words. Details on where and when will be shared later.

Participation

All L1 and L2 judges are welcome, and do not need to be staffed at Worlds Championship, Calling Barcelona, and/or Battle Hardened Barcelona to register and play.

Registration is first come, first served, with limited places. Judges reserve a spot by apply to this event and getting approved. In the case you learn you cannot attend the event after applying, you must let us know as soon as possible so we can pass down your seat to another judge.
