On Friday of Battle Hardened: Wallonia, we will gather for a LSS-sponsored Judge Conference, as the opportunity to have Subject Matter Experts share best practices about various judge-related topics!

10:00 Welcome

10:10 Ash Sztulzaft - Delivering a ruling to a friend 

11:00 10 minutes break

11:10 Aurélie Violette - Purple Fox, the large event software

12:00 Lunch break

13:00 Sebastian Bednarski - Common rules questions of the current meta

13:50 10 minutes break

14:00 Alex Kivits : judge call basics

15:00 End of the conference.

Judges are then welcome to register for the 16:00 Team Sealed or the 18:15 Classic Constructed Super Armory !

Attendance

Any judge of level 0, 1, or 2 is welcome to attend.

However, we have a limited amount of LSS-sponsored spots, available only for Level 1 or 2 judges.

Sponsored spots will be given in order of priority to:

- Presenters

- Then judges staffed at the Battle Hardened, regardless of their position (including Standby)

- Then other certified judges on a first applied, first served basis.

Judges who are selected but end up unable to attend must let us know ASAP so their sponsored spot can be attributed to another judge.

Presenting

We are looking for Subject Matter Experts willing to present on topics of their choosing.

Please apply regardless of your idea! We want to try proven and new things alike, no matter if a seminar, workshop or other ideas, if it's your first time presenting or your 30th!

Presenters will be required to provide a full description of their presentation by October 27th, and a full copy of their final slides / material by November 10th.

As a thank you for researching and preparing their topic, presenters will be provided extra support from LSS.

To thank judges for their efforts to maintain, improve, and share their skills and knowledge, LSS is providing support in the form of Judge Promo Packs.

This support is available only to Level 1 or 2 judges.

Each attendant will receive 1 Judge Promo Pack. Support requires active listening to at least 3 of the 4 seminars.

Each presenter will receive 2 extra packs, for a total of 3 packs. Support requires meeting above deadlines.
