Battle Hardened: Warszawa - Judge Conference

During the weekend of Battle Hardened Warszawa, we will gather for a LSS-sponsored Judge Conference, as the opportunity to have Experts share best practices about various judge-related topics!

Place: OSiR Polna Small Conference Room at 2nd Floor - Polna 7a, 00-625 Warszawa

Program:

10:00 - Doors open
10:15 - Welcome
10:30 - Seminar 1 - Jak przygotowac sie do pierwsego turnieju i przezyc, by o tym opowiedziec
11:15 - 15 minutes break
11:30 - Seminar 2 - Bright Lights mechanics and card interactions
12:15 - 15 minutes break
12:30 - Seminar 3 - Latest changes to TRP and PPG
13:15 - 15 minutes break
13:30 - Seminar 4 - Judge Quiz
14:15 - Conference End and ~45 minut lunch break before Super Armory

Attendance:

Any judge of level 0, 1, or 2 is welcome to attend.

However, we have a limited amount of LSS-sponsored spots, available only for Level 1 or 2 judges.

Sponsored spots will be given in order of priority to:
- Presenters
- Then judges staffed at the Battle Hardened, regardless of their position (including Standby)
- Then other certified judges on a first applied, first served basis.

Judges who are selected but end up unable to attend must let us know ASAP so their sponsored spot can be attributed to another judge.

Presenting:

We are looking for Subject Matter Experts willing to present on topics of their choosing.

Please apply regardless of your idea! We want to try proven and new things alike, no matter if a seminar, workshop or other ideas, if it's your first time presenting or your 30th!

Presenters applications will be accepted until September 24th.

Presenters will be required to provide a full description of their presentation by October 01th, and a full copy of their final slides / material by October 15th.

As a thank you for researching and preparing their topic, presenters will be provided extra support from LSS.

LSS Support:

To thank judges for their efforts to maintain, improve, and share their skills and knowledge, LSS is providing support in the form of Judge Promo Packs.

This support is available only to Level 1 or 2 judges.

Each attendant will receive 1 Judge Promo Pack. Support requires active listening to all 4 seminars.

Each presenter will receive 2 extra packs, for a total of 3 packs. Support requires meeting above deadlines.
