Event Information

We’re excited to announce the opening of our Battle Hardened Judge and Staff Applications! This is
your chance to be part of the team in the role of a Judge or Scorekeeper. A selection will be made and
communicated when the application closes.

ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS
We are looking for judges and a scorekeeper to help with the event in the following roles:
● Saturday (All day) – Shift lengths 10-11 hours
○ Head Judge
○ Floor Judge
○ Scorekeeper
● Sunday (All day) – Shift lengths 10-11 hours
○ Head Judge
○ Floor Judge
○ Scorekeeper

The outline of roles, responsibilities, and shift times above is an estimate of our staffing
requirements for the event. Please note that these are subject to change, and may be adapted upon
our final staff selection for the event. Your actual shift call times will vary by role.
The expected shift length is approximately 10-11 hours with a one-hour lunch break and at least one
thirty-minute break.
Judges are expected to arrive at 8 am on both days for staff meetings and before the ball room opens to the players at 9 am and the event should end before 9 pm.

STAFF COMPENSATION
The staff outlined below, will receive the following:
● $350 cash or $500 worth of product for the weekend
STAFF RECOGNITION
All level 1 judges and above working both days will receive a selection of promotional items for the
event.
Staff Recognition will be distributed as follows:
● Head Judge: 3x Judge Packs, x1 Judge Playmat, x1 Judge Sleeves Pack
● Floor Judge: 1x Judge Pack, x1 Judge Playmat, x1 Judge Sleeves Pack
