STAFF EXPECTATIONS

- Once accepted as a judge, bear in mind that our goal for the weekend is for all participants a wonderful experience: players, judges, guests, vendors, and organizers alike. Thus, good customer service skills will be of great value to us.
- Judges are expected to uphold the LSS Judge Code of Conduct, and to be familiar with the most updated Procedure and Penalty Guidelines, the Tournament Rules and Policy, and the Comprehensive Rules.
- Since the event is happening on the release weekend of Heavy Hitters, judges are also expected to have read the rules and policy updates and release notes related to the new set.
- All accepted judges are expected to help promote the event (on social media and in your local communities) and to assist players with pre-event inquiries by directing them to the proper channels (event page / organizer FB pages).
- Some of you may be tasked with assisting with event logistics such as distributing products, arranging tables / table numbers, putting up pairing and announcement boards, assisting with event announcements, and helping with side events.
- Please be aware of the event registration page for Battle Hardened Manila and be ready to share with players when promoting the event or assisting with inquiries. https://playevents.ph/
