Welcome to the Calling Phuket 2024 - Judge Conference event!
We will be announcing here later the topics and presenters selected for this conf - stay tuned !

WE ARE LOOKING FOR THREE PRESENTERS !

Those people will need to present a conference (roughly 45 min) on a topic linked to the FaB program of their choice. Should you plan to apply, please write in detail which topic would want to present on, rough plan and ideas. Having your own material to present is a plus (computer). We do not know which material will be available, so we will try to prepare everything for you.

The deadline for applying to PRESENT is Monday 11 March. No presenter applications will be accepted after this.

Overview

The conference will have four topics, split in two : two presented thursday night, and two presented friday night.

Please apply if you're planning to attend, so we have a better insight on attendees numbers and characteristics.

The full schedule of the conference is as follow:

Thursday :
8 PM : First conference.

9 PM : Second conference.

Friday (After shift) :

8 PM : Third conference.

9 PM : Q&A.

The details on the venue are being confirmed, but it'll most probably be near or inside the event venue.

Requirements

Any certified Flesh and Blood Judge can attend.

This conference will provide support to presenters and staff (2 Judge packs). It will not provide support for attendees.

There might be limited space and therefore slots, so please provide a cover letter if you plan to attend.
