Event Information
Welcome to the Pro Tour Amsterdam 2024 - Judge Conference event!
We are happy to announce this conference for the Thursday before the Pro Tour in Amsterdam.
Overview
The conference will start at 10:00, on Thursday 25th July and is planned to end around 17:00.
There will be a long lunch break to socialize as well as smaller breaks to space up the day. These are clarified in the schedule.
There will be attendee and presenter support.
You need to attend at least 4 seminar/workshops to be eligible for receiving attendee support.
Conference space will prioritize Pro Tour Amsterdam weekend staff.
Total capacity is 100 people. We will process the acceptances based on these criterias:
1) We will accept at least 1 Judge per region (so you can share what you've learned with your community).
2) We will accept Judges that are working towards L2 and have completed most of the checklist.
3) We will also request feedbacks to the JCRs in case of need, to evaluate community involvement and mentoring activity.
We strongly encourage you to write a good cover letter, outlining why you'd like to attend this Conference and your involvement in the Judge Community, especially if you've been on Staff or on few Premier Events.
We will push a first round of acceptances by the 15th of May, to allow participants to plan their trips.
The second batch will be done two weeks before the conference, to fill cancellations. If you know you won't be able to participate, please withdraw your application.
We will then fill up the remaining spots the week before the event.
We will not decline some of the applications once the cap is met. If any of the accepted judges withdraw, we will process more acceptances till we reach full capacity again.

There will also be a dedicated time to arrange 1 on 1´s with the Judge Program Manager.
Additionally, proctored tests can be arranged.

The conference will take place inside or nearby the event venue. We will share further information in the forum and on the event discord, before the conference.
Requirements
Any certified Flesh and Blood Judge can attend. You will need to be L1+ to receive any promo gifts.
