Event Information
We’re excited to announce the opening of our applications for Judge and Staff positions for Battle Hardened San Diego, which will be accompanied by the August AGE Open. This is your chance to join our team as a Judge. Selections will be made and communicated after the application period closes.

Venue: Upper Level, Ballroom 6EF San Diego Convention Center 111 W Harbor Dr San Diego, CA 92101, USA
The weekend will feature events across two days:
* Saturday
* Battle Hardened: San Diego
* Sunday
* August AGE Open (Proquest +)
ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS
We need judges for the event in the following capacities:
* Saturday (All day) – Shift lengths 10-11 hours
* Floor Judge
* Sunday (All day) – Shift lengths 10-11 hours
* Floor Judge
The roles, responsibilities, and shift times listed are estimates of our staffing needs. These may change based on final staff selections. Shifts are expected to be 10-11 hours long with a one-hour lunch break and at least one thirty-minute break. Judges should arrive on time and in appropriate attire: predominantly black pants and shoes. If you have one or more yellow judge shirts, please bring them.
STAFF COMPENSATION
Compensation per day worked is as follows:
* Floor Judge: $175 USD
Judge Promos
All staff members, regardless of the number of days worked and their role, will receive a selection of promotional items for the event. This promotional gift is an expression of appreciation for the contributions from all staff working this event. These items should not be considered as part of, or in lieu of, your staff compensation for the event.
