note: Venue is very close to airport, there are many accomodation nearby with different price range.
Transport (if accomodation is not in a walking distance) preferred are Grab-bike or Gojek (local Grab) to avoid traffic if there is any.

Roles and Expectations
For this event, we are looking for:
- 1 Head Judge
- 5 Judges (including 2 Team Leads for BH on Saturday)
- 1 Scorekeeper
Please let us know if you’re willing to judge the Super Armory on Friday.
Maximum 3 judges needed.
Call time is 4:30pm sharp, expect to finish at around 8pm (or more)
Additional judge compensation will be provided.
Please be advised that there might be some traffic during this hour,
expect a longer travel time than the time in google map, to reach the venue.
On Saturday 20 July, judges are expected to report at the venue at 8am.
Shift length is approximately 10-11 hours with a one-hour lunch break and at least one thirty-minute break.
Judges may be assigned as Team Lead, please let us know if you’re willing to.
Additionally, Judges may be assigned to the side event.
On Sunday 21 July, judges are expected to report at the venue at 9:30am.
Judges will get a one-hour lunch break and at least one thirty-minute break.
Judges may be assigned as Team Lead, please let us know if you’re willing to.
Judges may also be assigned to the side event.
The event is expected to end by 6pm.
Judges are expected to arrive on time and in appropriate attire.
Predominantly black pants, or similar, and predominantly black shoes.
If you have one or more FAB bumblebee shirts, please bring them to the event.
Do let us know if you do not have the FAB bumblebee shirt.
Qualities expected:
- Judges must be familiar with providing accurate rulings in a timely fashion
- Judges need to be familiar with tournament logistics for constructed events as per Tournament Rules and Policy benefitting of this event.
- Judges will need to be familiar with the latest updates as of Part the Mistveil updates on Comprehensive Rules and Procedure & Penalty Guide.
- The Head Judge and Team Leads is expected to be an expert in rules and policy, also expected to mentoring the Floor Judges on staff.
- Speaking Bahasa Indonesia and English would be a plus.
Compensation & recognition
- Judge staff will receive compensation money based on number of Swiss Round in the Main Event
- If 7 round of swiss during BH, compensation will be 1,000,000 idr per day worked (Saturday and Sunday)
- If 6 round or less, compensation will be 750,000 idr per day worked (Saturday and Sunday)
- Judge staff will receive gifts comprising (subject to change by LSS):
- 1 Judge Promo Pack
- 1 Judge Playmat
- 1 Judge Sleeves Pack
- Travel sponsorship will be available in a limited quantities, and can be requested during the application process
- Staff celebration dinner might be scheduled on sunday (tbc.)
