Event Information
We are excited to announce the opening of the Gamescom Cologne 2024 Learn to Play Judge applications! This is your chance to be part of the team in the role of a team member helping to teach new players Flesh and Blood in a casual and easy going way.
The applications will close on Monday 24th of June, 2024, 23:59 (anywhere in the world). A selection will be made and communicated by Monday 1st July, 2024.

EVENT INFORMATION
Dates: 21st of August, 2024 to 25th of August, 2024.
Venue: Kölnmesse, Cologne
Learn to Play will be the main activity of the weekend.
ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS
We are looking for judges to help teach interested attendees Flesh and Blood in a casual and relaxed way.
This comes with the requirement of being able to teach the game to attendees with variety of background.
Additionally, there may be various small miscellaneous tasks to help keep the play area in shape.
The expected shift length is approximately 10–11 hours with several break blocks but at least 90 minutes and an additional 30 minutes break.
We are planing out the exact details of the L2P system, but we are planing to rotate people around different stations, mostly L2P.
Start time is each day at 9:00 am.
Staff will get a badge for the weekend at Gamescom.
Judges are expected to arrive on time and in appropriate attire.
Shirts will be provided at the event.
Speaking German is an advantage for this show, but not a must.
STAFF COMPENSATION
Staff compensation per day are 200 EUR + 2 boxes of Part the Mistveil.
STAFF RECOGNITION
All staff members, regardless of the number of days worked and their role, will receive a selection of promotional items for the event. This promotional gift is an expression of appreciation for the contributions from all staff working this event. These items should not be considered as part of, or in lieu of, your staff compensation for the event. Additionally, all staff members who are Certified Level 1 or above with the Judge Program will receive a selection of judge specific promotional items.
A staff celebration, with food, drinks, and booster drafts, will happen during the event weekend. The exact details of the staff celebration will be confirmed and communicated closer to the event.
