Event Information

Welcome to the first Europe Georegion Conference!

We are happy to announce this conference for the European Georegion, and invite you to Vienna (Austria).

This is a special conference centered on the Europe region but welcoming everyone, aimed at having an amazing time of sharing, education and community gathering.

What is a georegional conference?

A georegional conference is a special type of conference meant to bring the community of the georegion (and beyond) together to learn and grow in a weekend full of seminars, workshops but also good food, activities and adventures!

Overview

The conference will start at 12:00 on Saturday 31 August and is planned to end around 16:00 on Sunday 1 September (to allow participants to fly in/out the same weekend, if they're wish).
There will also be social activities in the morning/evenings for people interested, and a guided tour of the city center.

In order to provide some snacks and refreshments, we will be collecting 15€ from every attendee, directly at the event. If this is a problem due to finincal reasons or other for you, please contact us privately.

There will be attendee and presenter support.
You need to attend at least all but 1 seminar/workshops to be eligible for receiving attendee support.

We will processing acceptances every week, to allow attendees to plan accordingly. We recommend you to apply earlier rather than later.

We will not decline some of the applications once the cap is met. If any of the accepted judges withdraw, we will process more acceptances till we reach full capacity again.
