Event Information

MinMaxGames will be hosting the Battle Hardened in Milwaukee on September 28th and 29th, 2024. Below, you will find all the information you’ll need to apply. Please note that your Event History on JudgeHub should indicate all Tier 2 or higher events you've worked on in the past.

Applications for this event close at the end of the day on July 21st, 2024. Acceptances will be provided by the end of the day on July 28th, 2024.

We will use the MinMaxGames Event Discord to distribute information and coordinate prior to the event. Players can find information about the event at this link.

This event will be held at the Baird Center, located at 400 W Wisconsin Ave in Milwaukee, WI.

We are looking for judges who are available to work either both days or for Saturday only. Shifts are approximately ten hours in length with a 1-hour lunch break. Meals will be provided by MinMaxGames.

Approximate shift times:

  • Saturday – 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
    • Note that 1 judge will start closer to 10:00am-10:30am to account for kicking off and overseeing the Super Armory event on Saturday 7/28/24 after the Swiss rounds of the Battle Hardened have been completed
  • Sunday – 9:30 am – 6:30 pm

Judges will receive $250 per day worked. Reimbursement is not available for travel and/or hotel expenses.

Judges should arrive with black professional attire and black, comfortable shoes. MinMaxGames will provide red judge staff baseball style jerseys to be returned at the end of the event.
