World Tour São Paulo 2025 - Judge Conference

Welcome to the World Tour São Paulo 2025 - Judge Conference event!
We are happy to announce this conference for the Thursday before the World Tour in São Paulo.

Overview

The conference will start at 13:00, on Thursday 20th March and is planned to end around 18:00.
There will be a longer break to socialize as well as smaller breaks to space up the day. These are clarified in the schedule.

There will be attendee and presenter support.
You need to attend at least 4 seminar/workshops to be eligible for receiving attendee support.

Conference space will prioritize World Tour São Paulo 2025 weekend staff.
Total capacity is limited. We will process the acceptances based on these criterias:
1) We will accept at least 1 Judge per region (so you can share what you've learned with your community).
2) We will accept Judges that are working towards L2 and have completed most of the checklist.
3) We will also request feedbacks to the JCRs in case of need, to evaluate community involvement and mentoring activity.

We strongly encourage you to write a good cover letter, outlining why you'd like to attend this Conference and your involvement in the Judge Community, especially if you've been on Staff or on few Premier Events.

We will push a first round of acceptances by one week after Judge selections, to allow participants to plan their trips. 
The second batch will be done two weeks before the conference, to fill cancellations. If you know you won't be able to participate, please withdraw your application.
We will then fill up the remaining spots the week before the event.

We will not decline some of the applications once the cap is met. If any of the accepted judges withdraw, we will process more acceptances till we reach full capacity again.

Schedule

We're looking for presenters for this conference. If you're interested in presenting, please apply here by the 31st of January 2025.

There will also be a dedicated time to arrange 1 on 1´s with the Judge Program Manager.
Additionally, proctored tests can be arranged.

Venue

The conference venue is still TBD, but we expect it to be around the event venue.

Requirements

Any certified Flesh and Blood Judge can attend. You will need to be L1+ to receive any promo gifts.

You need to attend at least 4 seminar/workshops to be eligible for receiving attendee support.

Note: As you are not on staff for this event, some users may be hidden from the staff list, in accordance with their privacy settings. You can always see the full staff list if you are either part of the staff yourself, or otherwise, after the event is over.
