Event Information

We are excited to announce the opening of the Copenhagen Gaming Week Learn to Play Judge applications! This is your chance to be part of the team in the role of a team member helping to teach new players Flesh and Blood in a casual and easy going way.

The applications will close on Monday
20th of January, 2025, 23:59 (anywhere in the world). A selection will be made and communicated by Wednesday 22nd January, 2025.

Learn to Play will be the main activity of the weekend.

ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS

We are looking for judges to help teach interested attendees Flesh and Blood in a casual and relaxed way.
This comes with the requirement of being able to teach the game to attendees with variety of background.

Due to of this, we require the new Learn to Play - Basic certification (read up here on details).

Additionally, there may be various small miscellaneous tasks to help keep the play area in shape.

The expected shift length is approximately around 9-10 hours with at least one break blocks but at least 60 minutes and an additional 30 minutes break.
Start time is each day at 9:30 am. Please be aware you need to be available for the full time each day. 
Saturday will be 1-2h longer then Friday and Saturday, due to tear down of the booth.

Staff will get a badge for the weekend at Copenhagen Gaming Week.

Judges are expected to arrive on time and in appropriate attire.
Shirts will be provided at the event.

Setup
We are also looking for a limited number of staff helping to set up on Wednesday. If you are interested, please indicate it in the application questions. 
You need to be available starting 13:00. Payment is 100 EUR + 2 boxes.

STAFF COMPENSATION

Staff compensation per day is 200 EUR + 2 boxes of Hunted.

STAFF RECOGNITION

All staff members, regardless of the number of days worked and their role, will receive a selection of promotional items for the event. This promotional gift is an expression of appreciation for the contributions from all staff working this event. These items should not be considered as part of, or in lieu of, your staff compensation for the event. Additionally, all staff members who are Certified Level 1 or above with the Judge Program will receive a selection of judge specific promotional items.

A staff celebration, with food, drinks, and booster drafts, will happen during the event weekend. The exact details of the staff celebration will be confirmed and communicated closer to the event.
