Event Information
Welcome to the Pro Tour Singapore - Judge Conference event!
We are happy to announce this conference for the Thursday before the Pro Tour APAC taking place in Singapore!
This is a full day event with multiple presentation streams allowing participants to tailor their conference experience to the presentations that interest them.
Overview
The conference will start at approximately 10:00 (10am), on Thursday 17th of July and is planned to end around 17:00 (5pm) before the venue opens for opening night and the official opening ceremony.
There will be attendee and presenter support.
You need to attend all but one seminar to be able to get support.
We strongly encourage you to write a good cover letter, outlining why you'd like to attend this Conference and your involvement in the Judge Community, especially if you've been on Staff on a few Premier Events.
We will initially push a first round of acceptances by the end of April, to allow participants to plan their trips.
The second batch will be done two weeks before the conference, to fill cancellations. If you know you won't be able to participate, please withdraw your application.
We will then fill up the remaining spots the week before the event.
We will not decline some of the applications once the cap is met. If any of the accepted judges withdraw, we will process more acceptances till we each full capacity again.

The Schedule is TBA and the conference team is accepting applications for this Judge Conference: Presenter Application
Applications for Presentations will close 30 April 2025.
Presenters will be able to request detailed feedback on their presentation from the conference training team, however a general review on judge hub will be provided for all presenters.
There will also be a dedicated time to arrange 1 on 1´s with the Judge Program Manager.
Additionally, proctored tests can be arranged.

Venue
This conference will take place either very close to the Pro Tour venue or a short public transport ride away.
Requirements
Any certified Flesh and Blood Judge can attend. You will need to be L1+ to receive any promo gifts.
You can miss one of the seminars and still be able to get support.
