  • An extra room (Judge Station) is reserved at the venue for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Other topics:

  • Judges are expected to arrive on time and in appropriate attire. Predominantly black pants, or similar, and predominantly black shoes. If you have one or multiple yellow judge shirts, please bring them to the event. Additionally, judge shirts can be provided in limited quantities.
  • The event will be streamed live.
  • It would be preferable to assign all staff a singular role for the whole weekend and not switch roles from day to day.
  • Staff will be selected based on level, experience, geographic position and active involvement in the community.

Compensation:

  • Travel Compensation: Up to 80 € travel cost per person will be compensated (upon presentation of train tickets, fuel expenses, lodging etc.)
