Event Information
We are excited to announce the opening of the Gala TCG Learn to Play Judge applications! This is your chance to be part of the team in the role of a team member helping to teach new players Flesh and Blood in a casual and easy going way.
The applications will close on Monday 31 of March , 2025, 23:59 (anywhere in the world). A selection will be made and communicated by Wednesday 2 Arpil, 2025.

Learn to Play will be the main activity of the weekend.
ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS
We are looking for judges to help teach interested attendees Flesh and Blood in a casual and relaxed way.
This comes with the requirement of being able to teach the game to attendees with variety of background.
Due to of this, we require the new Learn to Play - Basic certification (read up here on details).
Speaking French is mandatory for this show.
Additionally, there may be various small miscellaneous tasks to help keep the play area in shape.
The expected shift length is approximately 8 hours with at least one break of 60 minutes.
Start time is each day at 10:00 am. Please be aware you need to be available for the full time each day.
Staff will get an event badge for the weekend.
Judges are expected to arrive on time and in appropriate attire.
Shirts will be provided at the event, but please still bring a back up yellow judge shirt, just in case.
STAFF COMPENSATION
Staff compensation per day is 150 EUR + 2 boxes of Hunted.
Accommodation is not provided.
Judges need to be able to invoice for their compensation to be paid out, payment will be via wire transfer.
STAFF RECOGNITION
All staff members, regardless of the number of days worked and their role, will receive a selection of promotional items for the event. This promotional gift is an expression of appreciation for the contributions from all staff working this event. These items should not be considered as part of, or in lieu of, your staff compensation for the event. Additionally, all staff members who are Certified Level 1 or above with the Judge Program will receive a selection of judge specific promotional items.
