Event Information
We’re excited to invite you to a first-of-its-kind, multi-game judge conference taking place May 23–25, 2025, in Orlando, Florida! This event brings together judges from several games for a weekend of learning, collaboration, and community building.
While we’ve hosted Flesh and Blood-focused judge gatherings in the past, this conference expands the horizon—offering deep dives into FaB policy and procedures alongside sessions on shared judging skills like investigations, conflict resolution, and event operations. Whether you’re a seasoned Level 2 judge or just starting out, you’ll find valuable content across four tracks: Tech & Tournament Tools, The Universal Judge, Game Mastery, and Behind the Scenes.
In addition to traditional seminars, we’ll host roundtable discussions, AMAs with staffing managers, and interactive workshops. You’ll have the chance to relax and network with fellow judges in private venue with game-themed amenities, ensuring a great balance between work and networking with fellow judges.
If you’re passionate about growing as a judge and connecting with peers from across multiple games, we’d be glad to have you join us.

Meals and transportation are separate, however we are planning to options for meals and transportation for those interested. We are working on a plan for onsite meals, expecting to have 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 1 barbecue, which we estimate will cost around USD 90 per person. Multiple groups of participants are coordinating ground transport, and we can help attendees join one of these groups if interested. Attendees are responsible for their own travel to the Orlando area.
