ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS
We are looking for seven (7) floor judges to help throughout the different events during the weekend. Three (3) available judges will be selected to work during Friday’s Super Armory.
We are also looking for one scorekeeper to help with event management using GEM and PurpleFox. The scorekeeper role will be on call for all 3 days.
 
Call times are as follows:
Friday (Super Armory) - 4:30 PM (if selected to work)
Saturday (Battle Hardened) - 8:30 AM
Sunday (Pro Quest+) - 8:30 AM
Shift lengths will be approximately 10-12 hours depending on your role, with a 1 hour lunch break and an additional 30 minute break towards the end of your shift. Judges are expected to arrive on time and in appropriate attire. Predominantly black pants, or similar, and predominantly black shoes are required. A limited number of judge shirts can be provided; if you have one or multiple of these already, please bring them to the event. 
 
STAFF COMPENSATION

Judges will receive $350/day for Saturday and Sunday shifts. Judges assigned a Team Lead role will receive an additional $100/day for any shift assigned as a lead. Judges assigned to the Friday Super Armory will receive an additional $100 for working that day.

Scorekeeper compensation will be $900 for all 3 days.

All staff will also receive 1 booster box of the most recent set in addition to their pay.

TRAVEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Millennium Games is working with local hotels to secure a room block. Travel/lodging stipends may be available if a room block is secured. Details will be shared with judges and staff when available.

JUDGE GIFTS
All level 1 judges and above will receive a selection of promotional items for the event. These promotional items are gifts from LSS, as an expression of appreciation for working this event, and are not considered part of the compensation.
