Welcome to the georegion Conference Europe - Ghent event page!
We are delighted to invite you to this years Europe version of the Georegion event series.
What is a georegion conference?
A georegion conference is a special type of conference meant to bring the community of the georegion (and beyond) together to learn and grow in a weekend of seminars, workshops but also good food, activities and more! We are planing to run several around the world, this one here is for the Europe 2025 version.
The core days and time are Saturday 18. October (10:00 start - 18:00 end), as well as 19. October 2025 (11:00 start to 15:00 latest end).
Additionally, to the seminars and workshops we will also have optional social and tourist activities like group dinners on Friday and Saturday night as well as guided city tours Friday before dinner and Sunday after the conference. Saturday night is also planned to have FAB games and board games at the event venue.
Attending the conference itself is free of charge. Coffee/Tea/Water and snacks provided and inclusive on Saturday. Accommodation and travel needs to be booked and covered by yourself.

Many Judges will book a room at the hotel directly. Feel free to do so as well, or pick any place around! You are not obligated to stay at this hotel.
How to get there?
You can get there with direct (or one change) directly from the train station at the Airport of Brussels! Via train you can reach Brussels directly from many European countries and then connect once in Brussels to Ghent with a 30 min train ride.
We will also share a travel guide for this event, during August.

Any L1+ judge can attendee this conference. Attending the event is free of charge.
Please apply the earliest convenience to enable us an easier planning.
Applications will be processed on a regular basis.
Each attendee will receive two Judge boosters of the current season as well as one Judge booster season one!
