Hello everyone! We are a relatively new store, running our first bigger tournament. Thank you for helping us on our journey to make this awesome event possible!
We are looking to assign a standard lineup of judges for a Battle Hardened level tournament, consisting of:
1 head judge (Tier 2)
3 floor judges
1 score keeper
Judges will be needed for the Battle Hardened on Saturday (06.09.2025), and a Pro Quest+ on Sunday (07.09.2025).
We are expecting the Battle Hardened to run for a shift duration of 10-11 hours. The Pro Quest+ is featuring the Blitz-format, therefore we expect a much shoerter tournament duration of only 6-7 hours.
Judges will recieve the following payment, according to their role and what tournament they attend:
For the Battle Hardened on Saturday:
Head Judge: 225€
Floor Judge: 175€
Score Ceeper: 175€
For the Pro Quest+ on Sunday:
Head Judge: 150€
Floor Judge: 100€
Score Keeper: 100€
Since the tournament will run shortly before the new set is released, we felt the interest in Booster Boxes might be low, so we didn´t already include them in the payment. If there should be interest in booster boxes or other contents we sell in our store anyhow, arrangements can surely be made, so feel free to ask us about it. If any guidance is needed on finding you means of traveling to the event location, we will be happy to help.
