Event Information
Welcome to the World Championship Weekend - Conference event!
We are happy to announce this conference for the Thursday before the World Tour event in Philadelphia.
Overview
The conference schedule will be announced closer to the event, but expect it start around 10:00. The conference will have 2 public tracks along some specialized workshops.
There will be attendee and presenter support.
You need to attend at least 4 seminar/workshops to be eligible for receiving attendee support.
We will push a first round of acceptances soon after Judge selections, to allow participants to plan their trips.
Post the initial wave we will accept application every 2-3 weeks.
Following waves will be pushed once a month.
1) We will accept at least 1 Judge per region (so you can share what you've learned with your community).
2) We will accept Judges that are working towards L2 and have completed most of the checklist.
3) We will also request feedbacks to the JCRs in case of need, to evaluate community involvement and mentoring activity.
We strongly encourage you to write a good cover letter, outlining why you'd like to attend this Conference and your involvement in the Judge Community, especially if you've been on Staff or on few Premier Events.
We will not decline some of the applications once the cap is met. If any of the accepted judges withdraw, we will process more acceptances till we reach full capacity again.
Schedule
We plan to post the schedule at least one month before the event.
Proctored tests can be arranged during the conference.
Meetups with one of the Judge Community Managers or the Judge Program Manger can be arranged on request.

Venue
This conference will take either in the venue of the weekend or in a location close to it.
Requirements
Any certified Flesh and Blood Judge can attend. You will need to be L1+ to receive any promo gifts, by the end of the conference.
You need to attend at least 4 seminar/workshops to be eligible for receiving attendee support.
