Americas Georegion Conference 2025 - Cancun, MX

Welcome to the georegion Conference Americas - Cancun event page!

We are delighted to invite you to the Americas version of the Georegion Judge Conferences for this year. 

What is a georegion conference?

A georegion conference is a special type of conference meant to bring the community of the georegion (and beyond) together to learn and grow in a weekend of seminars, workshops but also good food, activities and more!

The core days are Saturday 7th March (08:00 start - 20:00 end), as well as 8th March 2025 (08:00 start to 12:00 latest end).

In addition to the seminars and workshops we will also have optional social and tourist activities like the group dinner on Friday night or a show on Sunday evening. These spaces are intended for socializing and spending time with other community members and we highly encourage everyone to take advantage of them. 

Attending the conference itself is free of charge. Coffee/Tea/Water and snacks provided and inclusive on Saturday and Sunday, food plans are currently getting arranged. Accommodation and travel needs to be booked and covered by yourself.

Most Judges will book their room through the room block in order to have the guaranteed discount rate and amenities included. If you will be arranging your own accomodation, please make sure you fill out the necessary forms and confirm your attendance as well, since you are not obligated to stay at this hotel but all coordinated activities will start at and end here.

How to get there?
You should fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN), where you can get a local bus (ADO Bus to the terminal every 30 min and then walk 400 m) or taxi/uber (just be advised Ubers need to be taken on the down low here at the moment). Otherwise, all judges who are staying in the Conference hotel as part of the conference rate will have a hotel shuttle for pick-up and drop-off. We do not recommend car rentals if you are unfamiliar with driving in Mexico.

Any L1+ judge can attendee this conference free of charge.
Please apply as early as possible to enable us an easier planning. 
Applications will be processed on a rolling basis.

Each attendee will receive two Judge boosters of the current season as well as one Judge booster from season one!

We will try to include Lunch and Dinner on Saturday, as well as Lunch on Sunday as part of the conference activities (free of charge), and if you stay at the hotel as part of the room block it also includes breakfasts. However any other meals/drinks/activities are each participants responsibility.

Discounted Room Rates:

All rooms are 2 double beds or 1 King bed, include breakfast buffet, pool access, airport pick-up/drop-off, shuttle to the beach, and the half day catamaran tourist activity. Prices are per person in USD, based on room occupancy.
