We’re excited to announce the opening of our Belgian Nationals 2026 Judge and Staff Applications!
This is your chance to be part of the team in the role of a Judge or Scorekeeper. A selection will
be made and communicated when the application closes. Please ensure you read through the
full application before applying.
EVENT INFORMATION
Dates: June 27-28
Venue: Sod Games Andenne (Rue de la Papeterie 5, 5300 Andenne)
The weekend will include events over several days as follows:
Saturday: National Championship Day 1
Sunday: National Championship Day 2 and World Championship Qualifier (Pro Quest+)
ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS
We are looking for judges and a scorekeeper to help with the event in the following roles:
● Saturday (All day) – Shift lengths 10-11 hours
○ Floor Judge
○ Scorekeeper
● Sunday (All day) – Shift lengths 10-11 hours
○ Floor Judge
○ Scorekeeper
The outline of roles, responsibilities, and shift times above is an estimate of our staffing
requirements for the event. Please note that these are subject to change, and may be adapted
upon our final staff selection for the event. Your actual shift call times will vary by role. The
expected shift length is approximately 10-11 hours with a one-hour lunch break and at least one
thirty-minute break. Judges are expected to arrive on time and in appropriate attire.
Predominantly black pants, or similar, and predominantly black shoes. If you have one or
multiple yellow judge shirts, please bring them to the event. Additionally judge shirts can be
provided in limited quantities.
STAFF COMPENSATION
The staff outlined below, will receive the following per day worked, based on their role for that
day:
● Head Judge: 2 boxes per day
● Floor Judge: 2 boxes per day
● Scorekeeper: 2 boxes per day
STAFF RECOGNITION
All level 1 judges and above working both days will receive a selection of promotional items for
the event. These promotional gifts are an expression of appreciation for the contributions from
working this event. These items should not be considered as part of, or in lieu of, your staff
compensation for the event.
