POSITIONS AVAILABLE

We are currently looking to fill the following roles:

○ Nationals Head Judge (1)
○ Stream Judge (1)
○ Saturday Floor Judge / Sunday WCQ Head Judge (1)
○ Floor Judges (3)
○ Scorekeeper (1)
○ Reserve Judge (1)

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM STAFF

The Head Judge and Scorekeeper roles may involve some preparation work before the event weekend.

Floor Judges will focus on active floor coverage throughout the tournament, assisting players, handling rulings, performing deck checks, and helping maintain tournament flow.

The Stream Judge will assist with feature match coordination and support the stream team where required throughout the weekend.

The Floor Judge / Sunday WCQ Head Judge position will act as a standard Floor Judge throughout Nationals, before transitioning into the Head Judge role for the Sunday Silver Age World Championship Qualifier on Sunday.

Reserve Judges are intended as backup staffing in the event attendance or operational needs require additional judge coverage. If activated, Reserve Judges will receive the same compensation package as Floor Judges.

If Reserve Judges are not required, they will still receive any judge gifts supplied by Legend Story Studios and complimentary entry into the Sunday Silver Age World Championship Qualifier.

Judges should expect approximately 10–11 hour days, including a one-hour lunch break and additional breaks throughout the day where possible.

All staff are expected to present themselves professionally and arrive prepared for Competitive REL tournament environments. Black pants and black shoes are preferred. Judges who own official yellow judge shirts are encouraged to bring them.

Because Nationals includes both Draft and Constructed formats, applicants should be comfortable with deck registration, draft pod procedures, deck checks, and tournament policy.
