Welcome to the Georegion Conference Europe - Berlin event page!
We are delighted to invite you to this year's European version of the Georegion event series.
Join us in a city rich in culture, history, food, and more!
What is a georegion conference?
A georegion conference is a special type of conference meant to bring the community of the georegion (and beyond) together to learn and grow in a weekend of seminars, workshops but also good food, activities and more! We are planning to run several around the world, this one here is for the Europe 2026 version.
The core days and time are Saturday 5. September (10:00 start - 18:00 end), as well as 6. September 2026 (10:30/11:00 start to 15:00 latest end).
In addition to the seminars and workshops, we will have optional social and tourist activities, such as group dinners on Friday and Saturday nights, we will also work to try to get a as guided city tours again. Saturday night is also planned to have FAB games and board games at the event venue. This venue also features a great rooftop terrace that we can use!
Attending the conference itself is free of charge. Coffee/Tea/Water and snacks are provided and inclusive on Saturday and Sunday. We will update you on other food option and plans.
Accommodation and travel need to be booked and paid for by you.

There are many hotel options around. The following hotel, which is very close, offers rooms for up to 6 people. A train station as well as subway are also very close for easy connections in Berlin.

How to get there?
Berlin is connected with Europe through many direct train connections, including from Budapest, Paris, Brussels, and more! The venue is also only 40 min from the Berlin airport (BER).

Any L1+ judge can attend this conference. Attending the event is free of charge.
Please apply at your earliest convenience so we can plan more easily.
Applications will be processed regularly.
Each attendee will receive two Judge boosters of the current season, as well as one Judge booster from season one!

We will provide the schedule around one month in advance.
