Welcome to the Georegion Conference East Asia - Fukuoka! event page!
We are delighted to invite you to this year's East Asia version of the Georegion event series.
Join us in a city rich in culture, history, food, and more!
What is a georegion conference?
A georegion conference is a special type of conference meant to bring the community of the georegion (and beyond) together to learn and grow in a weekend of seminars, workshops but also good food, activities and more! We are planning to run several around the world, this one here is for the East Asia 2026 version.
The core days and time are 21. November, Saturday (10:00 start - 18:00 end), as well as 22. November, Sunday (10:30/11:00 start to 15:00 latest end).
Seminars will be mostly held in English; translated slides will be available in Japanese. We will also offer a seminar/workshop in Japanese.
In addition to the seminars and workshops, we will have optional social and tourist activities, such as group dinners on Friday and Saturday nights, we will also work to try to get a as guided city tours again.
Attending the conference itself is free of charge. Coffee/Tea/Water are provided and inclusive on Saturday and Sunday. We will also offer a catered lunch on Saturday.
Accommodation and travel need to be booked and paid for by you.

The area is very central and easy to reach from all of Fukuoka! Many hotels are available nearby.
How to get there?
Easy access with the subway/train from the airport or train station. FUK airport is easy to reach from all over East Asia.

Any L1+ judge can attend this conference. Attending the event is free of charge.
Please apply at your earliest convenience so we can plan more easily.
Applications will be processed regularly.
Each attendee will receive two Judge boosters of the current season, as well as one Judge booster from season one!
Additionally, any L2 judge will receive an extra (random) booster pack!

We will provide the schedule around one month in advance.
