Welcome to the Georegion Conference South America - São Paulo event page!
We are delighted to invite you to this year's South America version of the Georegion event series.
A city of immense cultural variety, in terms of both history and cuisine. We look forward to welcoming you!
What is a georegion conference?
A georegion conference is a special type of conference meant to bring the community of the georegion (and beyond) together to learn and grow in a weekend of seminars, workshops but also good food, activities and more! We are planning to run several around the world, this one here is for the South America 2026 version.
The core days are Saturday (Dec 19) and Sunday (Dec 20); the schedule of performances, workshops, and activities will be announced soon! The area where we’ll be located is easily accessible by both car and subway, and offers a wide range of restaurants and hotels.

Attending the conference itself is free of charge. We will provide some snacks and beverages such as coffee/water/tea on Saturday and Sunday. The event will also provide free lunch on Saturday!
Any extra purchases made there are at your own expense. Please also note that travel and accommodation arrangements must be made individually.

How to get there?
5 minutes from Santa Cruz station (Metro Line 1 – Blue); if you are coming from Guarulhos Airport, it offers connections to the São Paulo Metro.
Applications for attendees
Please apply via the Judgehub application function at the top of this page.
Any L1+ judge can attend this conference. Attending the event is free of charge.
Please apply at your earliest convenience so we can plan more easily.
Applications will be processed regularly.
Each attendee will receive two Judge boosters of the current season, as well as one Judge booster from season one!
Additionally, any L2 judge will receive an extra (random) booster pack!
Event and activities schedule
We will provide the schedule around one month in advance.
Please indicate interest in applying in the Judgehub application form. We are happy to support more creative ideas for seminars, workshops and more.
For this event, the official language for the Announcements and presentations is English, but if your Workshop or Presentation is focused on locals and you understand that it will be best delivered in Portuguese or Spanish, please let me know.
