Welcome to the Georegion Conference South East Asia - Kuala Lumpur event page!
We are delighted to invite you to this year's SEA version of the Georegion event series.
Join us in a city rich in culture, history, food, and more!
What is a georegion conference?
A georegion conference is a special type of conference meant to bring the community of the georegion (and beyond) together to learn and grow in a weekend of seminars, workshops but also good food, activities and more! We are planning to run several around the world, this one here is for the SEA 2026 version.
The core days and time are Saturday 5. December (10:00 start - 18:00 end), as well as 6. December 2026 (10:30/11:00 start to 15:00 latest end).
In addition to the seminars and workshops, we will have optional social and tourist activities, such as group dinners on Friday and Saturday nights. Saturday night is also planned to have FAB games and board games at the event venue. This venue also features bar and pool area.
Attending the conference itself is free of charge. Two coffee/tea/snack breaks are included on Saturday and one on Sunday, Saturday and Sunday will also both offer catered lunch - free of charge!
Accommodation and travel need to be booked and paid for by you.

How to get there?
Getting the train into the city from both airports is easy, the venue is close to a metro station. Otherwise, you can always use Grab to get there by car.

Please apply via the Judgehub application function at the top of this page.
Any L1+ judge can attend this conference. Attending the event is free of charge.
Please apply at your earliest convenience so we can plan more easily.
Applications will be processed regularly.
Each attendee will receive two Judge boosters of the current season, as well as one Judge booster from season one!
Additionally, any L2 judge will receive an extra (random) booster pack!
Event and activities schedule
We will provide the schedule around one month in advance.
